All prices are shown excluding VAT and shipping costs. Taxes and final shipping rates are calculated at checkout. When you place an order and pay, your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g. if stock runs out) and will refund you fully.

• We aim to ship once per week from our studio in the Netherlands via PostNL.

• All packages are shipped with either Track & Trace or signed delivery – this is specified on the product page.

  
  Delivery estimates (once shipped):

• Netherlands: 1—3 business days

• EU: 3—7 business days

• Rest of World: 7—14 business days (may vary)

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return (EU law).

• Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund (excluding the original shipping cost).

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you when we hand the parcel to PostNL.

• Ownership transfers to you once full payment is received.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 72 hours with photos and keep original packaging.

• We’ll assess and either repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled in the competent court in your country or the Netherlands.
